This #GIVINGTUESDAY Ivory Ella is proud to once again support Operation Warm because we believe every child deserves a warm coat of their own this winter. Just like a Matriarch takes care of her herd, we too feel passionate about helping our community and decreasing the burden on those in need. That’s why this winter we are supporting Operation Warm and their belief that a new coat tells a child “you’re worth it,” and helps build self-esteem through pride in ownership. A new coat inspires happiness and warmth within a child, increasing a peer acceptance both inside and outside of school.
Last year, Ivory Ella was able to provide 850 children with a coat of their own. This year, through our BUY A BEANIE – GIVE A KID A COAT promotion, we will ask our customers to purchase a beanie and we will in turn give a child a coat. We hope to beat last year’s donation and increase our giving to 1,000 coats, providing children the gift of warmth, joy and confidence.
